The idea behind the Cashew Craisin came about because my customers kept requesting a holiday festive granola. At the time we thought it would be only a seasonal variety but they didn't see it that way. As always we listened and now carry the Cashew Craisin throughout the year. This granola has lots of chewy craisins, plenty of cashews and pumpkin seeds. It makes a delicious and colorful treat or gift.
