Maison Valero
Maison Valero is a husband-wife owned bakery, born during a pandemic in the couple's modest Brooklyn apartment.
Though
it began as a humble endeavor, the business eventually grew from an
online-only shop to a brick and mortar bakery cafe in the Midwood
section of Brooklyn.
Born
and trained in Paris, co-founder and baker, Elie Valero, brings nearly
12 years of experience and passion for the craft— introducing a French
standard of quality to the New York kosher scene.
Kashrut: All products are certified OU Parve and CRC. Pas Yisrael and Kemach Yoshon.
